Opportunity Overview
The district heating connection will be implemented by Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich (ERZ) in the basement of the TBZ building at Sihlquai 101. From this district heating transfer station, an internal heat network will be established, supplying the heating plants in the buildings at Sihlquai 101, Ausstellungsstrasse 70, and Ausstellungsstrasse 44. A dedicated building management system will be installed to regulate this internal heat network. The existing metering and control systems in the heating plants will be adapted accordingly.
