Project Description: The construction project involves the construction of a new triple gymnasium built to Minergie Eco standards on a hillside, complete with spectator stands, a foyer, and a two-story classroom building above. The project also includes an attached parking garage. Six story-high, exposed steel trusses, forming the core of the structure, are positioned above the solid base. These trusses span approximately 35 meters across the gymnasium and support three floor slabs and the technical rooms on the top floor. The project encompasses the building automation (BA) system for the new Dorf school complex in Root. The goal is to monitor, control, and regulate the building services (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) systems using a building automation system. The HVAC systems are connected to the existing SAUTER Vision Center via BACnet/IP for control and visualization. Energy and utility consumption (electricity, heat, and plumbing) is measured using M-Bus energy meters and integrated into the building management system. The building will be certified according to the Minergie-A standard. This requires a certified monitoring system.
