BKP 214.10 Timber construction, essentially consisting of: Swimming pool roof structure - Timber columns on precast reinforced concrete elements - Spectator gallery with cross-laminated timber (CLT) ceiling and glulam beams - Hall roof truss as a gable roof truss on a cantilevered glulam beam up to 172 cm high - Roof made of CLT 60, roof center for technical equipment - Exterior walls as timber frame walls - Interior columns and beams made of glulam - Beam ceiling with joists and OSB canopies - Steel beams at the cantilever slab connection made of solid construction - Roof made of OSB on KVH with slope. Overview of relevant quantities: - CLT 60 approx. 85 m² - Glulam approx. 380 m³ - KVH approx. 17 m³ (excluding timber frame walls) - Timber frame walls approx. 365 m² - OSB approx. 645 m² (excluding timber frame walls) - Steel components approx. 9 tons.
