Demolition, essentially consisting of: - Demolition of the retaining wall north of the parking lot, including any foundations. Extent: approx. 80 m. - Pavement layer above the underground parking garage ceiling. Extent: 3000 m². Asphalt layer containing PAHs (280 mg/kg PAH). - Various outdoor furniture, tables, benches, and the like, as well as the flagpole. Demolition of the concrete and wooden structure. Metal flagpole. - Fence along the western boundary up to the connection of the garden wall. Height up to 3 m. - Demolition of the changing room area of the indoor swimming pool. Length of concrete walls to be demolished in basement level 2: 65 m. - All masonry walls in basement level 2 are to be completely removed. - Bicycle shelter. Steel structure with masonry partition walls, glass roof structure, concrete partition walls to the parking area. - Demolition of the majority of the underground parking garage. The southern wall of the underground parking garage and most of the base slab will remain. Basement dimensions (L x W x H): approx. 70 x 30 x 3 meters. - Complete demolition of the changing room area and indoor swimming pool. - Complete demolition of glass and metal facades, including some concrete elements. - Complete demolition of the wooden ceiling cladding above the swimming pool area. The steel substructure will remain. - Dismantling of the glass partition walls between the changing rooms, swimming pool (basement level 1), and sauna (ground floor).
