Switzerland – Construction work – N03.48 MP-130104 – Wildtierkorridor Möhlin-Wallbach AG1, Baumeister

To restore the AG1 wildlife corridor, a wildlife overpass is planned to cross the N03 Augst-Birrfeld road in Zeiningen. This will be a three-span reinforced concrete frame structure spanning the N03 road and a local road. All walls of this reinforced concrete structure are founded on bored piles. The structure spans the road with a width of 41 meters and provides a 50-meter-long, landscaped wildlife crossing. The relocation of the local road and the installation of the wildlife fence are also part of this project. Furthermore, BSA cable duct blocks, drainage pipes, and various third-party utility lines within the perimeter will need to be adapted. The project is being planned using BIM (Building Information Modeling). Procurement and execution will be model-based.
