The subject of this tender is the supply of a 275 MVA three-phase network transformer as a phase-shifting transformer (220/65 kV) and an additional transformer of the same specifications as an option. Also included in the tender are unit prices for the transformer's warm-up cycle. The deliveries and services described in these tender documents encompass the design, calculation, construction, fabrication, transport, and unloading (onto the foundation) at the construction site.
