Switzerland – Engineering-design services for traffic installations – N06.24 MP-190010 - NEB EP Brüggmoos - Lyss Süd - Projektverfasser BSA für die Phasen EK/GP, MK / AP und PGV (ID 11407)

Due to the advanced age and condition of the infrastructure, a maintenance project is planned for section N06.24 Brüggmoos - Lyss-Süd. This project will include the construction of a continuous emergency lane on both sides between Brüggmoos and Lyss-Nord, designed to be compatible with a future PUN (Porsche Unna-Norwegian-Verkehrsbetriebe, or emergency lane). The feasibility of upgrading the Studen interchange to a full interchange will also be examined. Between Lyss-Nord and Lyss-Süd, the central green space will be removed and the existing emergency lanes widened. Various engineering structures will need to be replaced. A new drainage system with a SABA (Sustainable Drainage and Disposal Unit) will be installed to treat and discharge road runoff in an environmentally sound manner. The BSA (Building Safety and Operational Support) systems will be completely renewed. Prior to this, the existing manhole covers for the drainage and BSA systems will be replaced. This procurement includes the mandate for the BSA project designer for the EK/GP (Electrical Design/General Planning) and MK/AP (Measurement/Advanced Planning) phases, including PGV (Procedural Support, Handling of Objections), using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) planning methodology.
