This tender pertains to services within the expansion project "N04/06 SH South – Herblingen Fäsenstaub Tunnel Safety Tunnel," specifically the Fäsenstaub Tunnel Safety Tunnel sub-project. The subject of this tender is the on-site construction management for the Fäsenstaub Tunnel Safety Tunnel. The basis for this tender is the attached detailed project plan (draft). The bidder is primarily responsible for the realization of the aforementioned structures. The following points are particularly important: * The design, construction planning, and structural engineering will be carried out by the already commissioned project author. * The on-site construction management team will provide a review of the documents prior to publication of the contractor's bids and will participate in the evaluation of the offers. * The connection of the cross passages to the existing Fäsenstaub Tunnel will be carried out during night closures. * The on-site construction management team (at least one key person) must be present on-site during the contractor's working hours. * The already commissioned project author will provide services as a specialist planner in accordance with SIA 103 for the construction sector during the implementation phase. * Construction management in the BSA (Building Safety and Construction) sector will be provided by the already commissioned project author and is not part of this tender. This tender relates to services within the expansion project "N04/06 SH South – Herblingen Fäsenstaub Safety Tunnel", sub-project Fäsenstaub Safety Tunnel. Services are to be provided in accordance with the ASTRA (Federal Roads Office) technical manuals (http://www.astra.admin.ch/dienstleistungen/00129/00183/index.html?lang=de), the ASTRA service description for local construction management (öBL) during the tendering and implementation phases, and SIA 103 (basic services including services to be specifically agreed upon).
