The N03/N04 western bypass of Zurich was opened in stages in 2006 and 2009. The Federal Roads Office (ASTRA) plans to modernize the operational and safety systems. Furthermore, measures are planned in accordance with the VM-CH project roadmap. Additionally, traffic congestion will be reduced using GHGW and RaDo. As part of these works, measures for implementing the federal government's energy strategy will also be implemented. The mandate to be procured includes engineering services for Lot D-x-4-1 PV Traffic. In addition to the tasks of project author for traffic and traffic engineer, services as local construction management for signaling systems are also included. SIA project phases 31 to 53 are covered.
