For the project "N04/6.8 Schaffhausen BSA Rehabilitation," a project manager for the BSA (Building Services Engineering) is being sought. The project aims to rehabilitate the systems, which are currently in an unsatisfactory condition, so that: - the remaining service life of the BSA on this section is optimally utilized - the safety level in the Fäsenstaub Tunnel is increased - safe operation is possible until the next major maintenance project. In addition to the work on the BSA, structural measures (shaft renewal, crane system renewal, hydrant renewal with supply pipes) are also to be implemented. Furthermore, an escape route ventilation system may be installed. The details will be specified in the first project planning phase. This tender therefore calls for a project planning team, led by the project manager for the BSA, which also includes a civil engineer and a ventilation engineer. The project planning team must be able to plan and oversee the execution of the other measures in addition to the BSA work. The measures at the BSA (Building Services Area) must be implemented before the future UPlaNS (Upper Plan for the Intermediate-Railway) project "Vrzw. Mutzentäli – Flurlingen" is implemented. Close coordination with the projects already underway in parallel is also necessary. Engineering services for phases 32 to 53, in accordance with SIA Standards 108/112 and 103/112, are to be provided.
