Switzerland – Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work

The zone pumping station (ZPW) at the Hardhof groundwater plant (GWW) is a crucial component of Zurich's water supply system and serves surrounding service providers. It supplies a portion of the city's reservoirs with drinking water via pipelines. The ZPW was constructed and commissioned in 1975. The ventilation and cooling systems in the central air conditioning unit also date back to this period and remain largely unchanged. The bidder is required to supply and install the ventilation (BKP 244) and cooling systems (BKP 246) within the central air conditioning unit. The tendered services include the professional dismantling of the existing ventilation and cooling units, along with all associated installations up to the respective wall penetrations in the central unit. Subsequently, the new ventilation and cooling systems, including all necessary components, are to be supplied, assembled, installed, and made ready for operation. The replacement or modification of the existing ventilation duct network in the rest of the building is not included in this tender.
