Switzerland – Insulated wire and cable

This tender is for the procurement of fiber optic cables according to technical specification SBB 3001.92.1000 and nationwide delivery with direct delivery to construction sites for SBB and BLS Netz AG. The complete scope of the procurement can be found in the tender documents. Each railway company will conclude a separate contract with the successful bidder. The attached SBB framework agreement, including general terms and conditions and appendices, applies without reservation to the services of the successful bidder towards BLS Netz AG. Deviations are indicated directly in the draft contract. BLS Netz AG will conclude a corresponding separate framework agreement, including appendices, with the successful bidder. The total required quantity is shown in the price list. The bidder must offer the entire required quantity. The contract will be awarded to a single bidder.
