The present application for information on a new patient file is shared with the CHUV (Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois) and the regional hospitals of the Canton of Vaud (Hôpital Riviera Chablais, Établissements Hospitaliers du Nord Vaudois, Groupement Hospitalier de l'Ouest Lémanique, Hôpital Intercantonal de la Broye, Fondation de Nant, Institution de Lavigny, Hôpital de Lavaux, Pôle Santé Pays-d'Enhaut, Pôle Santé Vallée de Joux, Réseau Santé Balcon du Jura et Fondation Rive-Neuve), homogeneous, inclusive of the spécialités of the hôpitaux (notamment l’oncologie adulte et pédiatrique, les soins intensifs, les urgences), la gestion des blocs opératoires, la planification des patients et des resources, la gestion des transports ainsi que les laboratoires et la radiologie.
