Switzerland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Swissgrid Website Betriebs- und Weiterentwicklungspartner

The aim of this technology-neutral tender is to find a competent partner to host, maintain, and operate the Swissgrid website with its current functionality as a SaaS or PaaS (Public Cloud) solution. The solution should be further developed with several annual releases to keep it up-to-date for the next five years (plus three optional one-year extensions) and to adapt it to Swissgrid's evolving needs. The provider must operate at least one integration and production environment. The procurement period extends from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2033. The selected partner must also offer licensing for their proposed CMS for the period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2033. In the event of a product change away from the current Adobe AEM, the partner shall, as an additional service, prepare a fully or mostly automated migration of the content from the current website to the new CMS and carry it out together with Swissgrid from July 1, 2025 to the end of Q1 2026.
