Switzerland – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Eine Rolle-zu-Rolle-Anlage für die Synthese von porösen Graphenmembranen

EPFL intends to acquire a roll-to-roll system for the synthesis of porous graphene membranes for its Laboratory of Advanced Separations (LAS) within the Faculty of Basic Sciences (FSB). The system will be used for cutting-edge research on the formation of pores in graphene, followed by the production of flat graphene membranes for carbon deposition applications within the framework of EPFL's flagship project Solutions4Sustainability. The roll-to-roll production system for porous graphene membranes will have several processing stations. It begins with a roll of graphene produced by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on a copper support. The individual stations of this system are listed sequentially in the specifications document.
