Allgemein: Umbau und Sanierung des Pfarr- und Kirchgemeindehauses, in ein Kinderhaus. Der Zustand von Kirchgemeindehaus, Pfarrhaus Kirche und Sakristei genügt altersbedingt den heutigen Anforderungen und Vorschriften nicht mehr. Nebst den baulichen Massnahmen im Zusammen hang mit der Umnutzung ist es daher notwendig, sämtliche Gebäude zu sanieren und die Gebäude hülle energetisch aufzuwerten. Zusätzliche Investitionen müssen zur Erreichung der Hindernisfreiheit getätigt werden. Die Sanierung erfolgt nach Minergie / SNBS Richtlinien (ohne Zertifizierung) Baumaterialien sind nach ecoBKP einzusetzen. BKP-spezifisch: Umfassende Gärtnerarbeiten mit Leistungen in folgenden Bereichen: Abbruch / Demontage, Erdarbeiten, Fundationen, Belagsarbeiten mit Randabschlüssen, befestigt und unbefestigt, Meteorentwässerung, Treppenanlage, Bearbeitung Erdmaterialien und Substrate, Grünflächen und Pflanzrabatten, Bepflanzung und Ansaat, Unterhalts-leistungen, Ausstattungen, Zaunarbeiten
