Opportunity Overview

Der Bereich Digitale Transformation und IKT-Lenkung (DTI) der Bundeskanzlei unterstützt und koordiniert die digitale Transformation der Bundesverwaltung und stellt dazu sogenannte Standarddienste (z.B. Webauftritt, Telefonie, Mail) zentral zur Verfügung. In Ziffer 4.8.1 der Weisungen zur Steuerung und Führung der Standarddienste gemäss Digitalisierungsverordnung DigiV und W008 wird geregelt, dass der Bereich DTI der BK bei Bedarf Preis- und Kostenbenchmarks durchführt, um die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Standarddienste zu überprüfen und zu vergleichen. Das Instrument der periodischen Marktvergleiche (Benchmarking) wird dazu genutzt, um regelmässig (alle 2 Jahre) Kennzahlen zur Wirtschaftlichkeit der einzelnen Standarddienste auszuweisen. Zudem werden bei Bedarf Marktanalysen für einzelne Teilgebiete oder Services der Standarddienste benötigt. Marktanalysen im Bereich Fachanwendungen und IKT-Leistungen sind zudem optional für die zentrale Bundesverwaltung zu erbringen.
