Switzerland – Office, school and office equipment cleaning services

To meet the upcoming challenges of the Eichhof West project, WAS is seeking experts in operational facility management and is therefore tendering for facility services in the area of cleaning. WAS also employs its own staff on the property, who provide services such as daily cleaning, technical building management, and commercial building management internally. A supporting operator solution is therefore being sought for the mandate, effective March 1, 2026. The aim of the tender is to award cleaning services to a provider and to ensure professional building operations (standards for service levels, cost transparency, etc.). Furthermore, the following factors regarding building operations are important to the client: - Professional mandate management with the best possible protection of the client's interests - High performance transparency regarding services, competencies, and responsibilities - Optimization of building management - Professional service delivery - Fair working conditions
