Opportunity Overview

The city of Opfikon is seeking an experienced planning firm for the comprehensive revision of its municipal development plan. The municipality is currently developing a spatial development concept (REK), which provides an overview of the spatial framework and development perspective. This concept will serve as the basis for revising the municipal development plan. The aim of this project is to appropriately integrate the content of the REK into the development plan and to provide the city of Opfikon with professional and administrative support throughout this process. The development and adoption of the development plan is to be completed by the end of 2028 at the latest.
