Switzerland – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work

The platform facilities at Zell station do not meet current standards and must be completely renewed. They fail to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act and do not meet customer expectations for a modern S-Bahn station. The project includes the construction of new platforms and their associated canopies. Modifications to the station entrance, the track layout, and the signal box are also part of the project. The station building is no longer needed and will therefore be demolished as part of the project. Furthermore, the approach area from the Lucerne side will be completely renovated. The project also includes adjustments to the signaling systems and the renewal of the railway power supply. Both the inner and outer platforms will be partially covered.
