The subject of the public procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier, on the basis of which public procurement contracts will be concluded, the subject of which will be services consisting of comprehensive representation of the contracting authority in the exercise of rights and obligations under the Public Procurement Act related to tender procedures, especially for public procurement co-financed from various subsidy titles, and other services related to the issue of Public Procurement Act, i.e. preparation of complete tender conditions and related documents, consultations on legal issues, preparation of statements to the Office for the Protection of Competition (ÚOHS), possible participation in evaluation committees, etc.
