The subject of the public procurement is a framework agreement (hereinafter also the "Agreement") for the purchase of plant protection products (hereinafter also "goods" or "chemical products"). This involves the conclusion of a framework agreement with suppliers of products intended for agricultural spraying in the following groups: • group A: herbicides, • group B: fungicides, • group C: insecticides, wetting agents, growth regulators. The contracting authority will proceed with individual deliveries in accordance with Section 135 of the ZZVZ - the procedure with the renewal of competition between the participants in the framework agreement. Individual purchases will thus be made on the basis of bids submitted for each partial performance. The framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum of two and a maximum of ten participants.
