The subject of this public contract is all matters related to the activities of the construction manager in managing the implementation of the project entitled "Development of the Zbraslav area - main stage" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") and in supervising the proper implementation of the Project, including ensuring compliance of the Project implementation with legal regulations, in the agreed performance phases of the Project. The construction manager's services will be implemented according to FIDIC standards, i.e. according to the contractual conditions of the so-called White Book FIDIC - Model contract for the provision of services between the client and the consultant, general conditions, 5th edition, 2017, as amended by the Special Conditions.
