The tender procedure is implemented for the purpose of concluding a contract between the contracting authority and the selected supplier, the subject of which is the processing and/or provision of, in particular: a) project documentation for the PDZ project permit (both stages 1 and 2), as specified in more detail in the draft contract within the scope of applicable legislation; b) comprehensive engineering activities (both stages 1 and 2) - services for obtaining all necessary decisions, consents and permits as specified in more detail in the draft contract; c) project documentation for the implementation of the construction (DPS1) for the 1st stage to the extent specified by Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., Decree on construction documentation, Annex No. 8 and the implementing legal regulation to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, including the preparation of an inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements and technical conditions to the extent specified by Implementing Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended. Providing cooperation in the case of processing responses to the DPS explanations and possible participation in the evaluation committee as a professionally qualified person within the framework of the tender procedure for the selection of the construction contractor. d) project documentation for the implementation of the construction (DPS2) for the 2nd stage to the extent specified by Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., Decree on construction documentation, Annex No. 8 and the implementing legal regulation to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, including the preparation of an inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements and technical conditions to the extent specified by Implementing Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended....
