The subject of the public contract "Borovina Cultural Center - PD" are services consisting of: preparation of project documentation based on a comprehensive study "Borovina Cultural Center and Park on Dělnickém náměstí Třebíč" prepared by ARCHITEKT Ondřej Tuček s.r.o., Na Maninách 32a/1525, 170 00 Prague 7, Company ID 10722190, order no. PDT-2024-10, which broadly defines the subject of the public contract in the following scope: - preparation of project documentation for construction permit - provision of engineering activities - uploading the electronic part of the documentation to the builder's portal (ISSŘ), processing and providing all necessary opinions for issuing a construction permit based on preliminary information for the implementation of the plan at the relevant building office, submitting an application for a plan permit, including uploading the electronic part of the documentation (hereinafter also "engineering activities"), - preparation of project documentation for the implementation of the construction, incl. budget and list of works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements - ensuring the performance of authorized supervision by the designer during the construction (expected scope of 200 hours).
