The subject of the public contract is the performance of the activities of the construction manager, including the related performance of the technical supervision of the builder, project management, cost management during the preparation and during the course of construction No. 44544 "Terminál Smíchovské nádraží" (hereinafter referred to as the "construction"), the subject of which is the construction of a transport terminal, ensuring the final approval of the construction and further supporting the contracting authority when transferring the construction from the INV account to the property of the contracting authority or other entities. The construction manager (his team) will be responsible for ensuring permanent technical supervision of the builder, in which the technical supervision is present at the construction site continuously during the time of performance of the work by the contractor. The contracting authority intends to award the construction in accordance with the commercial terms and conditions based on the Contractual Conditions for the Construction of Building and Civil Engineering Structures Designed by the Client, issued by FIDIC (the so-called "FIDIC Red Book").
