The subject of the public contract is the performance of the activity of the technical supervision of the builder and the activity of the OHS coordinator for the energy savings implementation program of the Bulovka University Hospital (hereinafter also "EPC"). The subject is the provision of the activity of the technical supervision of the builder within the meaning of Section 161(2) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, as amended (hereinafter also "TDS") and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work at the construction site pursuant to Act No. 309/2006 Coll., the Act regulating other requirements for safety and health protection at work in employment relationships and on ensuring safety and health protection during activities or provision of services outside employment relationships (Act on Ensuring Other Conditions for Safety and Health Protection at Work), as amended within the framework of the EPC project on the premises of the Bulovka University Hospital (hereinafter only "FNB"). The subject of the performance is the performance of a professionally qualified set of qualified activities for individual sub-constructions and measures within the framework of the EPC project.
