Czechia – Architectural design services – Dokumentace návrhu souboru domů s funkcí městského bydlení na Papírovém náměstí v Liberci – část B

The subject of this public contract is the design of a set of townhouses with a residential function of affordable housing on urban land in the Papírové náměstí area, the development of project documentation and the performance of engineering activities according to standard requirements, the requirements of the relevant authorities and the contracting authority (client) within the framework of the "Městské Bydlení Papírák 2030" project. The subject of this public contract is also the design of adjacent roads and public spaces around the apartment buildings, including courtyards and playgrounds. Due to the recent construction of some roads, new road structures will be designed only where they are not currently. Only necessary modifications will be made to existing roads - e.g. completion of connections and distribution of technical infrastructure. The subject of this part of the public contract is part B. The solution also includes the design of temporary parking for the designed houses near Linserka on the land between Široká and Orlí streets.
