The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land adjustments (hereinafter referred to as the “KoPÚ”) in the cadastral area of Čánek, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “cadastral decree”). The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared so that it can be entered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land adjustment proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land adjustments and the requirements of the land adjustment proposal, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.”). The cadastral area of Čánek lies at an altitude of 250 to 290 m above sea level. The land is intensively used for agriculture, mainly as arable land. The complex land development includes the cadastral area of Čánek and parts of the cadastral areas of Opočno pod Orlické horami and Mokré. Most of the built-up part of the cadastral area lies outside the land development area. However, there is one built-up plot in the developed area. It is classified as undeveloped within the meaning of Section 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll. The cadastral office requires, in the agreement pursuant to Section 10, paragraph 1 of Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., an examination of the perimeters of buildings and the processing of documentation for the determination of the perimeters of buildings.
