Czechia – Architectural, engineering and surveying services – KoPÚ v k.ú. Libkova Voda

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a draft of comprehensive land adjustments (hereinafter referred to as the "KoPÚ") in the cadastral area of Libkova Voda, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended. KoPÚ in the cadastral area of Libkova Voda cover a total of 692 ha, one building plot and several forest plots are included among the unresolved plots. The entire cadastral area of Libkova Voda was included in the area of the comprehensive land adjustments, excluding the built-up area of the municipality of Libkova Voda and the local part of Na Obci. Based on the request of the Cadastral Office of Pelhřimov, a part of the cadastral area of Rynárec was included in the KoPÚ Libkova Voda. The reason is the resolution of joint plots along the Vlásenický stream.
