The subject of the public contract is the design work following up on the prepared study RECONSTRUCTION OF THE DUBINA BUILDING IN LÁNECH INCLUDING THE ADJACENT PUBLIC SPACE, prepared by mackovič architecture s.r.o., Company ID No. 24814334 (Annex No. 2 of the ZD). The subject of the Work is the preparation of project documentation in the following scope: • Project documentation for the construction permit, including the performance of related engineering activities and securing a construction permit • Project documentation for the construction implementation including an itemized budget and a list of construction works, supplies and services • Project documentation of the interior of the building for the following parts of the building – the entire 2nd floor (common areas, hall + accessories, municipal office, rental areas) and further common areas on the 1st floor (corridors, sanitary facilities). • Cooperation and technical assistance in the tender procedure for the selection of the contractor • Performance of author's supervision during the construction implementation until its final approval
