Czechia – Architectural, engineering and surveying services – KoPÚ v k. ú. Borová Lada a Knížecí Pláně

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land adjustments (hereinafter referred to as the “KoPÚ”) in the cadastral area of Borová Lada and Knížecí Pláně, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “cadastral decree”). The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared so that it can be entered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land adjustment proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for implementing land adjustments and the requirements of the land adjustment proposal, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.”). The area of comprehensive land adjustments includes the entire cadastral area of Borová Lada and Knížecí Pláně, excluding the built-up part of the municipality of Borová Lada. For land that will not require a solution within the meaning of Section 2 of the Act, a set of geodetic information will be renewed. The expected area of the solved area is 1,889 ha.
