Czechia – Aviation ground support software package – DNOTAM

The target state is to have a new system in operation that allows issuing digital NOTAM. The system must also allow publishing traditional "legacy" NOTAM in ICAO format due to backward compatibility with ICAO standards - "legacy" NOTAM will be valid in most of the world outside Europe (where the European regulation CP1 requires the implementation of digital NOTAM). The DNOTAM system should also include a web interface for receiving documents for issuing DNOTAM. Due to the need to link digital NOTAM with static data, the new system must also include an interface that allows receiving static data. Source codes are not required. The subject is also the provision of service support for the system for a period of 7 years.
