The subject of the Public Contract is to ensure operational leasing for: - supply of 320 new e-bikes incl. batteries for their temporary provision to users (sublease), - supply of spare batteries in the amount of at least 25% of the total number of e-bikes supplied; - supply of an adequate number of charging stations so that it is possible to simultaneously charge at least 25% of the batteries from the total number of e-bikes supplied; - supply of a SW system for the management, operation, regular charging and control of e-bikes; - supply of all documents necessary to comply with the subject and purpose of the tender procedure, or the framework agreement; - supply of spare parts for e-bikes, and also the provision of the following related activities: - ensuring interoperability, including system authorizations for the supervision and control of e-bikes, service handling, management of users, parking spaces, prohibited zones, price list and monitoring of batteries; - training of the Client's employees; - ensuring technical support (hot-line) within the time frame specified in the framework contract, or its annex; - ensuring the transport of e-bikes and spare parts from and to the place of performance, at the time and place specified by the Contracting Authority; - and further providing complete cooperation necessary for the functioning and operation of shared e-bikes so that the Contracting Authority can ensure their operation, customer service, basic maintenance and handling on its own behalf. all under the conditions specified in more detail in this tender documentation and its annexes (hereinafter referred to as the "Performance").
