The performance of the activities of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter also "TDS") and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work (hereinafter also "the "OHS" coordinator") will be carried out on the Harmonie I construction site - construction modifications of an apartment building, E. Beneše 1747, Hradec Králové. This is an apartment building that is divided into two parts - part H1 is a sixteen-story apartment building and part H2 is a two-story entrance building with a dining room. In part H1, the technical rooms, garages and cellars for the apartments are located on the 2nd floor. In the 1st floor, there are two apartments, commercially used spaces and common areas of the house. 404 small-sized apartments are located on the 1st floor - 14th floor. In part H2, a dining room for food distribution is located on the 1st floor. The 1st floor is designed as an entrance to the house. The subject of the building renovations to the house is the insulation of the perimeter structures, including filling the holes in the perimeter structures, insulation and construction modifications to the roof and superstructures of the elevator machine rooms, repair of loggias and construction modifications in the apartments (new sanitary facilities, replacement of floor coverings, new risers for sewage and rainwater drainage, new water distribution, DHW and sewage in the apartments, new electrical installations in the apartments, modification of the apartment ventilation system, new kitchen units and built-in wardrobes). Part of the work includes the removal of asbestos boards from the loggia walls. The scope of the work is evident from the project documentation. Construction modifications will be carried out gradually in stages during the operation of the building.
