The subject of the performance of the VZ is the reconstruction of the building as part of the investment project, to the extent and according to the documentation for the implementation of the construction from 8/2024 prepared by INTAR, a.s., IČO 25594443 under the order number 21041261-4 (hereinafter referred to as the "PD"), building permit No. 05-01-24 (file no. 15207/2024-1322 dated February 8, 2024 issued by the Property Section of the Ministry of Defense, Department of Protection of Territorial Interests and State Professional Supervision, Building Authority Department, Prague workplace, Pardubice location, which entered into legal force on February 12, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Permit") and the Decision granting consent of the Water Authority to the project ref. METAB 8106/2024/OŽP/MSve dated February 8, 2024, issued by the Tábor City Hall, Department of the Environment.
