Czechia – Construction work – FN Plzeň, stavební úpravy pro umístění dětské skupiny v 1. NP objektu č. 21

The subject of this public contract is the complete implementation of construction work to the extent specified in the project documentation for the construction (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Documentation") and the list of works, which contains an itemized overview of all anticipated construction work, supplies and related services. This involves the implementation of construction modifications to the existing premises on the 1st floor of building no. 21 in the Lochotín area of the Plzeň University Hospital, the aim of which is to create facilities for a children's group with a capacity of 2 × 12 children (i.e. a total of 24 children). This public contract is not divided into parts within the meaning of Section 35 of the ZZVZ. Brief description of the subject of the public contract The subject of the public contract is the construction modifications to the internal premises on the 1st floor of building no. 21 in the Lochotín area of the Plzeň University Hospital. The premises have so far been used as a hairdresser's salon and two dental surgeries. The purpose of the construction modifications is to change the use of the premises, namely to create a new layout structure for a children's group with a capacity of 2 × 12 children, intended for children of employees of the Pilsen University Hospital, in accordance with legislative requirements and the needs of the future user.
