The subject of the contract is the supply of construction works within the framework of the reconstruction of the building on the premises of the Contracting Authority according to the Project Documentation, which forms Annex No. 2 to the Tender Documentation. The subject of the reconstruction will be the insulation of the building, replacement of the fillings of the openings and UT adjustments. The Boletic panels will be replaced with masonry made of aerated concrete blocks 100 mm thick, the perimeter walls will be insulated with facade mineral wool 280 mm thick. Or another similar solution with the same thermal insulation properties (U = 0.15 W/(m2.K)). The soffit of the last ceiling will be insulated with mineral wool 280 mm thick. Or another similar solution with the same thermal insulation properties (U = 0.11 W/(m2.K)). The windows will be replaced with new ones UW = 0.90 W/(m2.K), doors UD=1.0 W/(m2.K). New structures at the interface between the heated space and the external environment mostly meet the recommended values of ČSN 73 0540-2 2011.
