Czechia – Construction work for research buildings – Úpravy pavilonu C03 v Univerzitním kampusu Bohunice

The subject of the public contract is the construction of pavilion C03 at the Bohunice University Campus, Kamenice 753/5, 625 00 Brno - Bohunice. The pavilion will be adapted for the activities of the CREATIC research center. The constructed laboratory spaces will be operated in the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) mode and will be used for research, development and production of medicines. The reconstruction will mainly consist of the following activities: demolition of unsuitable spaces, partial dismantling of the technical equipment of the buildings (ZTI, VZT, electrical installations, MaR, BMS, etc.), a new construction solution for the internal spaces, including new technical equipment of the buildings in the interior and on the roof of the building and related construction works, including the addition of the necessary technical infrastructure with a new transformer station and diesel generator. The newly built laboratory spaces of class "K" will be constructed from SDK partitions, clean rooms (class A, B, C and D classification) will be built from metal sandwich panels. Construction work will take place while the existing cleanroom laboratories on the 3rd floor are operating simultaneously. The course also includes validation of cleanrooms according to EU GMP rules and cooperation in the delivery of technological equipment.
