Czechia – Construction work for school buildings – Komplexní energetická úsporná opatření a stavební úpravy ZŠ Brumov-Bylnice

The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting of an extensive reconstruction of a primary school in the town of Brumov - Bylnice, the aim of which is to implement energy-saving measures. This will primarily involve insulating the building's outer shell with white facade polystyrene, replacing window and door openings including glazed walls (aluminum material), insulating the roof structure with above-rafter insulation including replacing the roof covering, lightning rod and roof windows, new gutter walkways around the perimeter of the building made of concrete paving, adding an entrance portal to building A and replacing all plumbing elements. For buildings B1, B2 and C, it is proposed to abolish the half-hip roofs with a new solution of extending the gables into a saddle shape. It is also proposed to abolish all roof dormers with a replacement for roof windows. Photovoltaic panels are proposed on the roof of building A. It is also proposed to demolish all existing balconies. As for the interior spaces, new heat recovery units are designed in all classrooms to improve the internal environment, and in the vast majority of classrooms, cooling units, new lighting and painting of all affected areas. New suspended acoustic SDK ceilings are designed in all corridors. A tree alley is designed around the public sidewalk.
