Czechia – Construction work – FTK/UPOL – Rekonstrukce infrastruktury v areálu Neředín

The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting of the reconstruction of three separate buildings on the premises of the Faculty of Physical Culture of Palacký University in Olomouc. The first building is the "Renovation of the entrance and hall for OTP", which involves the reconstruction of part of the existing building on plot no. st.764 in the Neředín cadastral area. The intention is to create a suitable entrance area for physically disabled people, including the modification of the gatehouse. This includes a new roof, air conditioning for ventilation of the hall, new high and low voltage distribution systems. The entrance will be supplemented with an outdoor membrane roofing. The second building is the "Renovation of the gym", which involves the reconstruction of the existing premises on the ground floor of the building on plot no. st.764 in the Neředín cadastral area. The existing partitions will be demolished and the existing roofing will be dismantled. A gymnastics gym will be built in the vacated space. The reconstruction includes a new facade cladding and a new roof structure. New air conditioning, new high and low current distribution will be implemented. The third construction object is the "Study space with a ramp", which is an extension of a study space with a ramp for access for disabled people to the building on plot no. st.767 and on plot no. 282/3 in the Neředín cadastral area. The construction includes the construction of new spaces including air conditioning, new high and low current distribution. The subject of the public contract is also the preparation of project documentation for the actual construction, in accordance with the relevant valid and effective legal regulations.
