These are: - complete construction modifications of the existing catering facility on the premises of the Pelhřimov Hospital, including a change in the operational concept of the facility. The kitchen with the cooking area will be newly located on the 2nd floor and the food service on the 1st floor. The warehouses will remain on the 1st floor. The construction modifications will include the necessary layout modifications, static modifications of the existing load-bearing structure (reinforced concrete skeleton MS 71), modifications of the existing connections of the area sources, complete modernization of the heating, connection of the MaR system to the hospital system and the design of a completely new catering technology corresponding to the kitchen capacity. The construction will be carried out with the kitchen in full operation throughout the construction period - the construction will be carried out in stages. - complete construction modifications and insulation of the existing building of the former HTS building (SO-14) and the garage building (SO-15) connected to the catering building via a common heat exchanger station (building 13), again including a change in the layout of the building. Offices, warehouses, surgeries and day rooms will remain on the 2nd floor. A new toilet for the disabled will be created. Workshops will remain on the 1st floor. The construction work will include the necessary layout changes, including a complete reconstruction of internal installations, complete insulation of the building and replacement of external fillings of openings. The original garage building will be demolished. The new building will be expanded to 3 garage spaces.
