The subject of the public contract consists of construction work involving the proper execution of the construction project (work) titled “Jičín Regional Hospital – Psychiatry Ward – Construction Work.” The subject of the public contract consists of demolition and construction work, related services, and supplies consisting of the implementation of the construction project in accordance with the project documentation titled “Jičín Regional Hospital – Psychiatry Ward – Project Documentation” at the construction implementation stage, prepared byKANIA, a.s., Špálova 809, 702 00 Ostrava – Přívoz, lead designer Ing. Ondřej Fabián. The construction work involves the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of new three-story buildings connected by a staircase (medical facilities), including two underground levels designated for parking and utilities. In addition, the entire infrastructure will be built and upgraded, including roads, ramps, sewer systems (stormwater and sanitary), water and gas connections, electrical and low-voltage distribution systems (including a substation and data networks), and outdoor lighting. The project also includes outdoor landscaping, including the planting of greenery, the construction of green roofs, and an outdoor amphitheater. The scope of work also includes construction modifications on third-party properties (hereinafter referred to as “affected properties”). All of this work is specified in the project documentation, which is attached to this bidding documentation. The contractor is required to perform this work in full and to the quality standards specified in the project documentation; furthermore, prior to commencing work, the contractor must discuss with the owners of the affected properties the specific method and schedule for carrying out the work, to ensure their smooth execution while respecting the rights of the landowners.
