The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new DN 2000 relief sewer, including inspection shafts, inlet and outlet compression chambers, and an outlet structure. Furthermore, the existing storm sewer in Za Elektrárnou Street will be connected to the relief sewer in shaft Š3. The subject of the public contract is technically divided into 2 parts specified in Article B.2.1.9 of the Summary Technical Report, which forms Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation. These parts will be implemented in accordance with the conditions specified in the Summary Technical Report and the draft contract for the work, which forms Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation. Part of the performance of the public contract also includes ensuring coordination with other constructions carried out near the construction site or otherwise related to the subject of the public contract. The requirements for coordination with other constructions are specified in more detail in the binding draft contract for the work, which forms an annex to the tender documentation. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions in the details necessary for processing the offer, is provided in the annexes to the tender documentation.
