The subject of the public contract (works) is the complete reconstruction of the existing gynecological and obstetric pavilion (pavilion G) in the Rudolf and Stefanie Benešov Hospital, including the implementation of layout adjustments on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors and the implementation of an extension to the existing 4th floor, which will be completed as a full-fledged floor and the newly created 5th floor extension, and includes the implementation of construction, assembly and craft work and supplies. The construction adjustments will also affect the surgery pavilion, where a new operating room No. 6 will be built, and also on the 4th floor, where three ARO rooms are affected. A new delivery section hall will be created on the 3rd floor. As part of the reconstruction, the high- and low-current distribution lines will also be completely replaced, the water and hot utility water distribution lines, air conditioning will also be replaced, and direct space cooling - air conditioning will be newly installed. The project also includes the removal of the existing ramp and landscaping in front of the northern entrance, a new entrance and new insulation of the building. The complete replacement of openings will also be carried out. Of the equipment, only supplies within the scope of the list of works/bill of quantities are subject to the public contract.
