Czechia – Construction work – Stavební úpravy ZŠ Jižní předměstí Rokycany stavení úpravy, snížení energetické náročnosti objektu

The subject of the public contract is the construction modifications of the building of the Primary School Jižní předměstí Rokycany. These modifications are aimed at reducing the energy consumption of the building and improving its internal environment. The construction work includes insulation of the building envelope, replacement of windows and doors, installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof, modernization of the heating system, installation of controlled ventilation with heat recovery and other modifications leading to improvement of the operational and technical parameters of the building. The project does not include a change in the use of the building or an increase in its capacity. More detailed specifications are provided further in point 4 of the tender documentation and individual annexes to the tender documentation.
