The subject of the public contract is construction work for the construction of the "Parking House - Trutnov Regional Hospital", which will increase the capacity of parking spaces on the premises of the Trutnov Regional Hospital. The new parking house will serve hospital visitors and employees. It will offer a total of 276 parking spaces, with 8 spaces reserved for the immobile. 4 spaces will be designated for charging electric cars and every fifth parking space will be prepared for the future installation of a charger. When implementing the work, the contractor will be obliged to use the building information modeling (BIM) method in accordance with the conditions set out in the contractual documentation, in particular the BIM protocol and its annexes.
