The subject of the public contract is to ensure the property-legal preparation of the construction of the high-speed railway line "RS 2 VRT Brno (Modřice) - Rakvice" (hereinafter referred to as "Construction of the Railway"). The subject of the activity includes contractual security for purchases, encumbrances of real estate, leases for construction purposes and the possible delivery of all documents for expropriation proceedings, including the preparation of an application for expropriation. The subject of the performance of the public contract is to ensure the property-legal settlement of the Construction of the Railway to the following extent: conclusion of purchase contracts, conclusion of contracts for the establishment of easements - easements, conclusion of lease contracts, control of the occupation report, property-legal application of MAJA.
