In general, the subject of this tender procedure is the negotiation of a framework agreement containing contractual terms and conditions for the performance of the respective individual subcontracts for the provision of the above-mentioned supplies: AC charging stations. The performance of each part of the public contract also includes: - connection of charging stations to the back-end of the contracting authority using the OCPP 1.6 protocol and higher, when the actual communication will be implemented using the WSS protocol; - installation of charging stations at the destination by the contracting authority on the basis of the request of the selected supplier and - an extended warranty for the charging stations for a total of 5 years. On the basis of the framework agreement concluded for each part of the public contract, in the manner specified therein, the contracting authority will always order performance at the time and to the extent of its current needs, in the form of a renewal of the competition. The framework agreement for each part of the public contract will be concluded for a fixed period, until 30 September 2028, with four (4) suppliers who will be selected as the most suitable based on the submitted offers.
