The subject of this public contract is the supply of electrosurgical units for the needs of the medical workplaces of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and the Motol University Hospital, specified in more detail in the draft purchase agreement. 2.2.3 Furthermore, the subject of the contract includes warranty service of the device, which will be carried out by a person authorized for this activity, based on the manufacturer's certificate of training of the service technician. The operator's instruction will be carried out by a person authorized for this purpose pursuant to Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices.
